2. How We Use Your Information

3. Platform data from Google, Meta and LinkedIn (clients)

When you hire us to run your marketing, you grant us access to your own accounts — Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Meta advertising accounts, LinkedIn, and your website. You grant that access yourself, and you can revoke it at any time. We never ask for or store your passwords.

From those accounts we read only what we need to do the work and to report on it: performance figures such as clicks, impressions, spend and results; the identifiers of the properties and accounts you shared; the reviews and messages we manage on your behalf; and the content we publish for you. We do not download or store your customers' personal information, your follower lists, or your contact databases.

Google Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the services you hired us for. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and no human reads it except a member of our team working on your account or where required by law.

YouTube. Where we manage a YouTube channel for you, our tools use YouTube API Services. By using that part of our service you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to the data Google holds. You can revoke our access at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Meta. Where we manage a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or a Meta advertising account, you share those assets with our business portfolio through Meta Business Manager. We store the asset identifiers, the posts we publish, and aggregate performance figures. Remove us at business.facebook.com → Settings → Partners.

Retention and deletion. We keep this data for as long as we work together, and we delete it on request. See how to request deletion, which also lists how to cut our access yourself, immediately, on every platform.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Our website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

We use Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behaviour. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
