From Student Freelancer To An Eight-Person Team

WebnWell wasn't founded in a boardroom. It started with one student running Google Ads between classes — and grew the way our clients' businesses grow: one well-served customer at a time.

1. A Student With A Laptop

   It began as freelance work during university — running Google Ads for small businesses that couldn't afford big agencies. First clients came through Upwork and Fiverr, where there's nowhere to hide: you deliver results and earn the review, or you don't eat. That platform discipline — respond fast, prove everything, let the work speak — never left.

2. Freelancer To Full-Time

   After graduation came the leap: self-employed, full-time, all in on paid advertising. The client list grew from one-off gigs to businesses that stayed year after year, and the craft deepened from running ads to building the whole system around them — landing pages, tracking, follow-up.

3. The First Hire

   Eventually there was more work than one person could do honestly. The first teammate joined, and everything learned the hard way — how to structure an account, what to check before spending a dollar, when to tell a client "no" — got written down and became the way we work.

4. WebnWell Today

   Now we're a team of eight — strategists, ad specialists, and builders — behind 1,400+ campaigns for local service businesses across the US, Canada, and beyond. Google Premier Partner, Fiverr Pro, and still run like a freelancer's business: the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
