**Due to CV19 all therapy sessions are currently being conducted via video conferencing such as Skype, Zoom and FaceTime, or over telephone.
Blue Sky CBT is a psychological wellbeing service based in Belfast, Northern Ireland offering a range of services including individual cognitive behavioural psychotherapy, CBT based group therapy, workshops, corporate wellness packages and an innovative new psychological approach combining yoga and CBT known as Y-CBT.
