Data Deletion
Last updated: September 2026
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time, whether or not you are still a client. This page explains how to ask and what happens.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request, and tell us the business name and the website, Facebook Page, Instagram account, Google property or advertising account the request covers. If you contacted us through a form or a marketplace instead, replying to that conversation works just as well.
We reply within two business days to confirm we have the request, and we complete the deletion within thirty days.
What gets deleted
- Contact details and any notes we hold about you or your business.
- The identifiers connecting us to your accounts: Facebook Page and Instagram account IDs, advertising account IDs, Google Search Console properties, Google Business Profile locations, and website credentials.
- Access tokens that let our tools act for you. These stop working immediately.
- Performance data we stored about your accounts, and the reports built from it, including your private report page.
- Content we drafted for you that has not been published.
What we keep, and why
- Invoices and payment records. Tax law requires us to keep these for seven years. They contain your business name and the amounts, nothing about your accounts.
- Content already published on your own channels. A blog post on your website or a post on your Facebook Page belongs to you and stays where it is. Delete it there if you want it gone.
Removing our access yourself, right now
You do not have to wait for us. You can cut our access at any time, and nothing of yours is affected:
- Facebook and Instagram: business.facebook.com → Settings → Partners → WebnWell → Remove.
- Google Search Console: Settings → Users and permissions → remove [email protected].
- Google Business Profile: Settings → Managers → remove [email protected].
- Google Ads: Tools → Access and security → remove our manager account.
- WordPress: Users → delete the webnwell user, or revoke its Application Password.
- LinkedIn: linkedin.com/mypreferences → Permitted services → remove WebnWell.
Once you remove access, our tools stop reading and publishing immediately. Ask us for deletion as well if you want the stored history gone too.
